A) Not only will your home appear brighter and give you the feeling of more open space but it can help save on your energy bills also, why? clean windows allow in a lot more natural light into the home therefore reducing the amount of time you need to have your lights on. Q) Can you clean the inside of my windows, or just the exterior? A)We can clean both, whichever you prefer.Our technicians are trained to work carefully and safely in the interior of your home. That means your furnishings; floors and window treatments will be left just the way we found them. Q)How often should I clean my windows? A)While we offer our Window Cleaning service on a Monthly, Bi-monthly & Quarterly basis to our customers, most of our customers select Bi-monthly exterior only cleaning & interior cleaning every 6 months. Q)What is your Referral Program? A)Yes, insurance information is available to all customers upon request. Q)What if it rains on the day I have scheduled my appointment? A)We will contact you to reschedule to clean the exterior windows as soon as the weather improves.We will still clean interior windows if we are booked for this and will honor the combo pricing when we come back to complete the exterior. Q)Can I check your references? A)We recommend that you always check references for any one who will be doing work in your home Q)Are your prices comparable to other window cleaning companies? A)Absolutely.Our prices are very competitive to other window cleaning companies.CLEAR VIEW of Eastlake does not charge the customer based on the number of windows or the size of the home.CLEAR VIEW of Eastlake offers a great service at low cost in order to establish a long-term commitment with the customer. Q)How many people will be cleaning my windows? A)It all depends on the size of the job, normally between 1-2 persons will be out to clean your windows. Q) Do I need to be home when you clean my windows? A)You do not need to be home for us to clean the exterior windows but of course you will need to be home if you are having the interior windows cleaned.Prior to cleaning our customer’s windows for the first time we carry out a walk-through with the customer to explain in more detail about our service and make necessary arrangements with each customer. Q)What is your cancellation policy? A)If an appointment has to be cancelled or rescheduled please call us by 4:00pm (Pacific Standard Time) the day before the appointment. Our mimimum charge $60 applies to appointments cancelled after 4:00pm on the prior business day. Q) Do you call to remind us of an appointment? A)Yes.We call the customer 2 days before to remind them that we will be cleaning their windows. Q)I have tinting on the inside of my windows; will your cleaning solution harm them? A)We use a cleaning solution formulated for use on window tinting films.We do not use any harsh cleansers or scrapers on tinted windows Q)Do you have weekend appointments available? A)Yes, weekend appointments are available. Q)Do you clean window frame and tracks? A)Our process to vacuum and wipe clean the tracks before we begin washing the windows. Frames on the inside and the outside are wiped as we clean each window Q)Will you cover your shoes to prevent my carpets from being soiled? A)We will wear shoe covers at all times while working in your home. Q)What about broken screens?The last cleaning crew damaged some of my screens and I had to replace them. A)If we rip, tear or bend the frame of any of your screens we will repair them at no charge. Before we begin a job we inspect the screens for damage and identify them for you.
