PAYMENT METHODS

•   Personal Checks
•   PayPal

If you wish to pay using PayPal, CLEAR VIEW will email your invoice with a link back to Paypal. When you receive this email with attached invoice, you can then click on the link which brings you to Paypals secure website where you can pay for the invoice.   The only requirement is you need to provide us with your email address in order to process.  This method of payment is only authorized for existing Preferred Customers.   A $5 transaction processing fee will be added to your invoice.


IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS:  TERMS & CONDITIONS
•   $25 fee added to return checks

•   Cancellation Fee:  Our Minimum charge $60 applies to appointments cancelled after 4:00PM on the prior business day.

•   Our Minimum charge $60 applies to all missed appointments.
•   Preferred Customers Only:  Payment due net 7 days from date of invoice.  If payment is not received after 10 days from date of invoice a $25 
     late fee will be added to your account.
•   Preferred Customer account credits will be shown on invoice (only when applicable).
•   Accounts with a balance over 60 days will be sent to collections and all fees associated with collection will be added to customer's balance.
