PRICING EXCLUSIONS
The following areas are not included in our pricing.
1. Pool rooms
2. Sun rooms
3. Casita(s)
4. Detached Garages or other rooms
5. An extra charge will be incurred for cleaning the interior on any vaulted ceiling windows
6. A $30 Out of Area Service Fee will be added to customers serviced outside our normal service area.
